QMT LAUNCHES A TRAINING PROGRAM TO IMPROVE CAPACITY OF VILLAGE-LEVEL DISASTER RESCUE TEAMS IN NGHE AN PROVINCE

Vinh, Nghe An, 11-15 Oct., 2011 – QMT and Nghe An Provincial Storm and Flood Control Committee (SFCC) have carried out a five-day training of trainer (TOT) course to improve disaster preparedness and rescue capacity of 30 core members selected from five village-level rescue teams just established by Nam Kim, Nam Trung and Nam Cuong villages of Nam Dan district; and Hung Linh and Hung Nhan villages of Hung Nguyen district.
