Quang Nam, 5-10 Dec. 2011 - QMT cooperated with Quang Nam Provincial Committee for Storm and Flood Control and Rescue (CSFCR) on a 5-day training course delivered to “strengthen capacity of village level rescue teams” within a framework of QMT’s program on “Assisting Localities in Establishing Village Level Rescue Teams” piloted in five provinces Nghe An, Ha Tinh, Quang Tri, Quang Nam and Quang Ngai in 2011.

 Quang Ngai, 21-25 Nov. 2011 – A five-day training course for strengthening village level disaster rescue capacity was organized by QMT in collaboration with Quang Ngai Storm and Flood Control Committee (SFCC) from 21 to 25 Nov. 2011. This is one of five training of trainer (TOT) courses delivered in the 2011 Pilot Program on Assisting Localities in Establishing Village Level Disaster Rescue Teams being implemented in Nghe An, Ha Tinh, Quang Tri, Quang Nam and Quang Ngai.

Ha Tinh- Nov. 11th, 2011, QMT and Ha Tinh Provincial Storm and Flood Control Committee (SFCC) concluded a five-day training of trainer (TOT) course to improve capacity of 30 core members selected from four pilot village level rescue teams of Duc Huong (Vu Quang Dist.); Phuc Dong (Huong Khe Dist.); Cam Thach (Cam Xuyen Dist.); and Thach Dai (Thach Ha Dist.)

 Quang Tri- 24 October 2011, QMT and Quang Tri Provincial Storm and Flood Control Committee (SFCC) today opened a five-day training course of strengthening capacity of village-level disaster rescue teams in Dong Ha City.

 Vinh, Nghe An, 11-15 Oct., 2011 – QMT and Nghe An Provincial Storm and Flood Control Committee (SFCC) have carried out a five-day training of trainer (TOT) course to improve disaster preparedness and rescue capacity of 30 core members selected from five village-level rescue teams just established by Nam Kim, Nam Trung and Nam Cuong villages of Nam Dan district; and Hung Linh and Hung Nhan villages of Hung Nguyen district.
